PANDEMIC CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)

Terms/requirements to enter Indonesian territory through entry point are as follows
- Following the provisions of the health protocol set by Government.
- International traveler are required to use the “PeduliLindungi” application and download the application before departure.
- Showing the card/certificate (physical or digital) has received the vaccine COVID-19 second dose at least 14 (fourteen) days before departure. *Must be in English
- Obligation to show COVID-19 vaccination card/certificate (physical or digital) as referred to in letter “3” is excluded to :
- International Traveler Holders of Diplomatic Visa and Related Service Visa with an official/state visit of a foreign official at the same level ministers and above and foreigners who enter Indonesia with the scheme Travel Corridor Arrangement.
- Foreigners who have not vaccinated and intend to travel domestically in order to continue travel to international flights out of the region Indonesia.
- International Traveler under 18 years old.
- Who have not received the full dose of vaccination and has been finished isolation or treatment for COVID-19 and must have COVID-19 Recovery Certificate.
- International Traveler with special health conditions or comorbid diseases which results in inability to receive the vaccine, is requirement to attach a Doctor’s certificate from Government Hospital of the departure country and states that the person concerned has not and/or cannot follow COVID-19 vaccination.
- International Traveler who will do quarantine are required to show proof of payment confirmation for the quarantine accommodation.
- Upon arrival, International Traveler are required to do a symptom check related to COVID-19, including checking body temperature and proceed with the following conditions:
- Detected to have symptoms related to COVID-19 and/or have a body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, must undergo an RT-PCR confirmation
examination.
- Detected to have no symptoms related to Covid-19 and have a body temperature below 37.5 degrees Celsius, are allowed to continue the journey and are recommended to carry out independent health monitoring of Covid-19
symptoms for 14 days by implementing strict health protocols.
- International Traveler who have received a second dose of vaccine or third at least 14 days before departure, allowed to continue the journey.
- Travelers who have not been able to get vaccinated or have receive the first dose of vaccine for at least 14 days before departure, still need to provide an exemption letter or medical contraction of covid vaccination from the government hospital in their departing country.
- Undergo a temperature check on arrival and if your temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius and you have symptoms you are required to get a PCR test on arrival.
- Under 18 years of age and/or need special protection, then the quarantine arrangements follow provisions that apply to parents or caregiver/travel companion.
- International Traveler with special health conditions or comorbid diseases which results in inability to receive the vaccine, is requirement to attach a Doctor’s certificate from Government Hospital of the departure country and states that the person concerned has not and/or cannot follow COVID-19 vaccination.
- Conducting the RT-PCR confirmation examination is allowed to continue the journey after taking the RT-PCR confirmation examination sample and must comply with the following provisions:
- Waiting for the results of the RT-PCR confirmation examination in hotel rooms, lodging rooms, or residences; and
- Are not allowed to leave hotel rooms, lodging rooms, or residences and are not allowed to interact with other people before the results of the RT-PCR confirmation examination show negative results.
- In the event that the RT-PCR confirmation examination shows a positive result, the travelers shall be isolated/treated according to the positive case follow-up mechanism.
- In the event that the RT-PCR confirmation examination shows a negative result, the travelers is allowed to continue the journey and it is recommended to carry out independent health monitoring of Covid-19 symptoms for 14 days by implementing strict health protocols.
