I initially tried to apply for the visa myself, but unfortunately, my application was not approved. After that, I found their contact through social media and got connected with Made. He was so kind and incredibly helpful. It turned out that some of my documents needed to be completed, and Made helped me a lot throughout the process. I contacted seven different agents and visited three offices before choosing this agency for my KITAS application. I have been a client of visa agents several times in other countries, but this agency is by far the best. They are truly excellent. I trust them 100%, and I know I can always rely on them. Ms. Tirza and Rey always give me prompt and accurate advice. They take the time to fully understand my questions and requests, and patiently explain things until I understand. Another thing I really appreciate is how well their website is maintained. The information is constantly updated, and almost everything you need to know is clearly explained on the website. Since a KITAS means a long-term relationship with an agent, including renewals and other procedures, I feel very fortunate to have found such kind and capable people. I have no concerns or worries at all. I feel completely comfortable leaving everything in their hands. I normally don't write reviews, but I wanted to share how wonderful they are. Needed a D12 pre investment visa for me and my Filipina fiance. Applied online. Received a receipt for payment. I was concerned as I did not receive any further communication from Balivisas for a week and status was shown as pending. Even though I did not pay for rush service, the visas for both of us arrived in a week. Flawless victory. I guess there was no need to communicate with me because they are 100% confident they can get the job done promptly without a hitch. Fees are reasonable. We have used Bali Visas for various services including our D1 visas before arrival and drivers licence subsequently. Their service has been excellent. All of our documentation has arrived on time as expected. I’d like to give a special thank you to Khazya who helped with my driver’s license. Everything at Denpasar Police licensing  went smoothly and efficiently. Being my first direct experience with Indonesian bureaucracy I had concerns. However, the process went beyond expectations. Hello everyone, It was a near miss for me to almost fail to renew my indonesian family visa due to stupid and incomprehensible reason. My wife who is also my visa sponsor, her email we were using for immigration e-visa account , well that email our daughter manage to have permanently deleted by google because she was posting videos on you tube and google found those videos to be in breach of community guide standards or something. We never opened that email since last visa update five years ago do we never checked if it still works. Long story short- i realised something was really wrong two weeks before visa expired, since we tried  times to log in etc. Multiple visits to immi in ngurah rai and also in singaraja to try to get jakarta yo update new email fid not solve the problem and time was ticking. I did manage to get new email registered with immigration web page and my wife account but only to find out - No, old email still rules, new one is there yes and i can “claim” and see my currently valid visa but there was mo button to extend it since my wife name is still with the old email. I even manage to dig deeper hole for myself by thinking creative and pressing button for change data, thinking it is hiding “extend option”. Then counter said six days to pay and no option to cancel that request. Total and utter disaster. Last option- Visa Bali in Uluwatu and magic started to happen. They manage first to delete that u fortunate change data request, then manage in one day to get new email approved and registered yo my wife old sponsor account and then on Thursday, one day before deadline they manage to apply for extension of my visa. If there was ever situation where i witnessed a miracle, this was it. Super helpful professionals and they literally  saved my life since missing to extend this visa would mean disaster for me and family. Just imagine if must leave country at short notice, not even getting Erp permit to leave, and then sorting out al the mess after from abroad. Biggest Thank you to Visa Bali people. I recommend everyone to use their services. I do understand that people most of the time like to accept challenge and do things by themselves in order to save some money, but believe me indonesian system can be very creative in making life for a foreigner very difficult. Don’t take chances and use professionals, save your self from a stress and misery. Look around and shop for cheaper service if you wish but remember you only get what you pay for. Visa Bali people managed to do it for me when three immigration officers were just looking at me with pity and basically try not to tell my wife all is lost and it is too late but still one more week, nothing we can do but maybe Jakarta will do something etc blabla. Great service overall—they delivered the visa on time exactly as advertised. The process was straightforward, and communication was clear and direct. There is some room for improvement in responsiveness, but to be fair, they did reply within a reasonable time. I also tend to stress easily and can be a bit demanding, so I recommend not leaving your paperwork until the last minute like I did. I am truly extremely satisfied with the service provided by Bali Visas. (Tara & Wiswi served me) I flew to Thailand specifically to apply for my visa and only had two weeks available, so my schedule was very tight. On top of that, there were unexpected issues with Indonesian Immigration, and three other visa agencies told me it would be impossible to get everything done within my timeframe. Bali Visas was the only agency that gave me confidence that it could be done, and they actually delivered exactly as promised. Even better, my visa was approved three days earlier than expected. This has got to be the fastest office i have ever used. I got my visa and my husbands visa in less then 2 weeks. It took 8 bussiness days. They are so fast to reply to emails and wats app messages. They give you the correct information you need and they give you information about your visas that you didnt know. Wiswi was such a great help. Thank you so much for the fast replies via email.
