Used them to get an offshore visa before coming to Bali and have stayed with them thru several extensions and a Kitas. Very professional and let’s me know when important dates are coming up which is key since a lot of people overstay their visas because they are not aware of expiration dates. Tanya and Laun are the best!

Really awesome company, Tanya was always helpful even when she was ill. Office was really welcoming, the whole process was great. Price was competitive too, not helped by policy changes on a weekly but the team were professional and updated me where it was applicable
