Offshore Working KITAS
If you want to work or earn an income in Indonesia, you must have a working visa. A Work Visa (KITAS), allows foreign citizens to work officially in Indonesia. You may not work or make money in Indonesia without a work permit. This visa is intended for foreigners who are outside the territory of Indonesia and intend to go to Indonesia with the aim of working.
Offshore Dependent KITAS
A Dependent / Spousal KITAS is a temporary residency permit for the spouse/children of a KITAS holder who wish to accompany their partner (husband, wife or children). The Dependent or spousal KITAS can be obtained if a partner or parent has a work permit or a foreign investment KITAS.
Offshore Foreign Investment KITAS with Own Company Sponsor
The Foreign Investment KITAS is a KITAS intended for investors to stay and manage their businesses in Indonesia. This KITAS has two different indices in Immigration; Indices C313 and C314 are both the same except they have different periods of validity. C313 is valid for one year and C314 is valid for two years.
