VISAS and Immigration
Visa-Free Entry/Visa Exemption:
Citizens of certain countries can enter Indonesia without a visa for up to 30 days for tourism (not extendable). Eligible countries include Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Malaysia, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Always confirm eligibility before travelling.
Visa on Arrival (VOA) / Electronic VOA (e-VOA):
Allows citizens of 97 countries to stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days, extendable once for an additional 30 days totalling 60 days. It is available at the airport or online in advance at www.balivisas.com. Covers tourism, business, official visits, and more. Visit our [VOA page] for details.
Single Entry Visit Visa (Index 211A / Group C):
Permits a stay of up to 60 days for tourism or business, extendable twice for 60 days each, totalling 180 days. Requires a passport valid for at least six months, a passport photo, flight tickets, and proof of payment. Processing takes 7-14 days or 3-5 days for express service. Multiple Entry Visit Visa (Index D1 / D2):

KITAS / ITAS:

Golden Visas:

- Present Required Documents: Show your passport, visa paperwork, and any other requested documents to immigration officers.

- Selecting a Business Activity and Name: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reserve a company name with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
- Appointing Shareholders and Directors: Shareholders can be foreign or Indonesian entities or individuals; directors must be individuals with no nationality restrictions.
