The steps required for the Multiple Entry extension service
Here are the steps that need to be followed
- You can organize for your passport, any evidence that you are outside of Indonesia (boarding pass/ flight ticket/ accommodation/ purchase receipt/ parking receipt/ MRT ticket/ etc.) and money to be dropped at one of our office locations or we may be able to organize a courier at a reasonable price from your accommodation (depending on the distance).
- We take the passport to the Immigration office where we complete all the necessary paperwork and the Immigration starts the Visa extension process.
- Immigration will notify us when they require you to appear for Biometrics (Photograph and fingerprints). This can take 5 - 7 working days for regular processing before you will need to go to immigration. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO IMMIGRATION WITHOUT NOTIFICATION FROM OUR STAFF.
- You will meet one of our team at immigration in Jimbaran, Denpasar or Singaraja for biometrics. This process normally takes 30 to 40 minutes (unless their computer systems are down). At the Jimbaran Office we provide a VIP lounge for your convenience and comfort directly opposite immigration.
- You are not required to take anything with you for this visit.
- Immigration continues to process your visa extension with your passport.
- We collect your passport from immigration after they notify us that it is complete.
- We will notify you via whatsapp to either collect your passport within 3 days or continue with your extension process.
- For Regular Visa D212 Extension total cost is 2.850.000 IDR per extension.
- You will need to go to immigration for biometric for every extension.
- Please note the total processing time can be up to 14 Working days.
- We can provide express processing up to 5 business days for an additional charge.
Things to know about a visa extension
Q : Can I travel outside of Bali without a passport?
- A : Yes, you can travel anywhere in Indonesia without a passport if you have a clear picture of your passport and visa stamps with arrival dates. We can also provide you with a sponsorship letter stating that your passport is with immigration upon request.
Q : What if my visa expires whilst the passport and visa is in immigration?
- A : As long as your visa has not expired before it is submitted to immigration, you will not be charged any overstay fee.
Q : Will I get my passport back the same day as I do the biometrics?
- A : No, the process will continue. We will collect your passport and return to you once it is completed.
Q : What is an overstay, and how much does it cost?
- A : An overstay is when you stay for any length of time over your visa expiry date. Immigration or customs will charge you 1,000,000.00 IDR for every day you stay longer than your visa allows.
Q : Is my passport safe?
- A : Absolutely, your passport is safely with immigration during processing.
Payment methods
We accept PAYPAL (5% Fee and using our fixed rate). Paypal is a third-party payment method.
We accept Direct payments at the Bali Visas Office.
We will process your application once the funds are cleared in our account.
Please be aware that international bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to clear in Bali.
