C11 - Single Entry Exhibitor Visa (B211)

The C11 Visa is designed for individuals who participates in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) or Trade Fair to market goods or services.

You must be outside the country to apply for these visa.

Price

• IDR 3,050,000 - Regular.
• IDR 4,050,000 - Priority.

Length of Stay

• 60 days (extendable x2 , 180 days MAX). Please click here for detailed information on extension.

Processing Time

• Regular takes up to 14 business days.
• Priority takes up to 7 business days.

With this visa, you CAN :

• Conducting activities related to market goods or services in MICE or Trade Fair.
• Engage in tourism-related activities, or visit friends and family.

With this visa, you CAN NOT :

• Perform PAID work.
• Exit and re-enter Indonesia.
• Remain in Indonesia beyond the visa’s expiration date.
• Sell goods or services.
• Work in an employment relationship with an individual or corporation in Indonesia.

Visa Validity

• This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

Document Requirements

• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months from entry date.
• A recent colour photograph.
• A personal bank statement showing a minimum of USD $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
• Invitation from the host of the MICE or Trade Fair.
