OVERSEAS TRAVEL HEALTH PROTOCOL IN THE TIMES

PANDEMIC CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19)

Indonesia Entry Point

a. Air Port :

  1. Soekarno Hatta, Banten;
  2. Juanda, Jawa Timur;
  3. Ngurah Rai, Bali;
  4. Hang Nadim, Kepulauan Riau;
  5. Raja Haji Fisabilillah, Kepulauan Riau;
  6. Sam Ratulangi, Sulawesi Utara;
  7. Zainuddin Abdul Madjid, Nusa Tenggara Barat;
  8. Kualanamu, Sumatera Utara;
  9. Sultan Hasanuddin, Sulawesi Selatan; dan
  10. Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

b. Sea Port :

All international sea ports in Indonesia are opened as entry points for foreign travel through the consideration of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation.

c. Cross Border Post

  1. Aruk, Kalimantan Barat;
  2. Entikong, Kalimantan Barat;
  3. Motaain, Nusa Tenggara Timur;
  4. Nanga Badau, Kalimantan Barat;
  5. Motamasin, Nusa Tenggara Timur;
  6. Wini, Nusa Tenggara Timur;
  7. Skouw, Papua;
  8. Sota, Papua.

Terms/requirements to enter Indonesian territory through entry point are as follows:

  1. Following the provisions of the health protocol set by Government.
  2. International traveler are required to use the “PeduliLindungi” application and download the application before departure.
  3. Showing the card/certificate (physical or digital) has received the vaccine COVID-19 second dose at least 14 (fourteen) days before departure. *Must be in English
  4. Obligation to show COVID-19 vaccination card/certificate (physical or digital) as referred to in letter “c” is excluded to :
    1. International Traveler Holders of Diplomatic Visa and Related Service Visa with an official/state visit of a foreign official at the same level ministers and above and foreigners who enter Indonesia with the scheme Travel Corridor Arrangement.
    2. Foreigners who have not vaccinated and intend to travel domestically in order to continue travel to international flights out of the region Indonesia.
    3. International Traveler under 18 years old.
    4. Who have not received the full dose of vaccination and has been finished isolation or treatment for COVID-19 and must have COVID-19 Recovery Certificate.
    5. International Traveler with special health conditions or comorbid diseases which results in inability to receive the vaccine, is requirement to attach a Doctor’s certificate from Government Hospital of the departure country and states that the person concerned has not and/or cannot follow COVID-19 vaccination.
  5. International Traveler who will do quarantine are required to show proof of payment confirmation for the quarantine accommodation.
  6. Attach proof of ownership of health insurance which includes financing for handling COVID-19 and medical evacuation go to the referral hospital.
  7. Upon arrival, International Traveler are required to do a symptom check related to COVID-19, including checking body temperature and proceed with the following conditions:
    1. Detected to have symptoms related to COVID-19 and/or have a body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, must doing RT-PCR with own cost for foreigners.
    2. Detected have no associated symptoms with COVID-19 and have a body temperature below 37.5 degrees Celsius, can continue the journey with the following conditions:
      • International Traveler who have not been able to get vaccinated or have receive the first dose of vaccine for at least 14 days Before departure, you are required to do quarantine for 5 x 24 hours.
      • International Traveler who have received a second dose of vaccine or third at least 14 days before departure, allowed to continue the journey.
      • under 18 years of age and/or need special protection, then the quarantine arrangements follow provisions that apply to parents or caregiver/travel companion.
      • International Traveler with special health conditions or comorbid diseases which results in inability to receive the vaccine, is requirement to attach a Doctor’s certificate from Government Hospital of the departure country and states that the person concerned has not and/or cannot follow COVID-19 vaccination.
