The steps and price for your retirement KITAS

Onshore Retirement KITAS


IDR 15.500.000


Valid for 1 year.


Includes :

Multiple entry permit and sponsorship.

Does not include :

PayPal 5% fee.

 

Rules and Regulations
  • To qualify the person must be the age of 55
Documents Required
  • Passports valid for at least 18 months and minimum 2 blank pages.
  • Scanned copy of the main page of the passport details
  • Scanned copy of the page of the passport cover
  • Scanned copy of the Current Valid Visa (minimum 30 days valid visa) / Valid visa is required during the process to avoid over stay
  • Bank statement (minimum amount $1500)
  • Address in original country
  • Address in Indonesia (hotel or villa)
  • Home lease agreement in Indonesia (signed by the both parties, should mention the owner name, address of the rented house, the amount of rent and attach the owner KTP– ID Card
  • Life and Health Insurance Policy
  • Personal contact details (phone number, WhatsApp number, email)
  • Emergency contact details family members (phone number, WhatsApp number, email)
  • Domicile Letter Address in Bali (if any) or Lease Agreement Letter
  • Letter of transfer of sponsor if your sponsor is different from the visit visa sponsor
  • Maid/helper ID card (KTP)
Processing Time
  • Up to 40 days for processing in Indonesia.
Process
  • Convert visit visa to KITAS at the local immigration.
  • Convert visit visa to KITAS at the local immigration.

Renewal
  • Renewal is every year at a cost of IDR 11.000.000, however, you do not need to fly out of the country to apply for the visa at an Indonesian Embassy or incur the cost of the Indonesian Embassy visa application fee.
  • Renewal needs to be processed a minimum 1 month before your Kitas expires.
EPO / Cancelation Kitas
  • If you are not continuing or extending your Kitas you need to process an EPO at a cost of IDR.1.000.000.

Payment methods

  We accept PAYPAL (5% Fee and using our fixed rate). Paypal is a third-party payment method.

  We accept Direct payments at the Bali Visas Office.

We will process your application once the funds are cleared in our account.

Please be aware that international bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to clear in Bali.
