The steps for your foreign investment KITAS with our company
Documents Required
- Scanned copy Passport full page 1 (Identity Page) and cover (No photos & in colour)
- Passports valid for at least 18 months or 1 year KITAS & 30 months for 2 years Kitas and minimum 2 blank pages.
- Address in Original Country
- Address in Bali (hotel/villa)
- Domicile Letter Address in Bali (if any) or Lease Agreement Letter
- Personal Phone number & Email
- Photo with red background.
- Offshore application – Full dose Vaccine Certificate required.
- Emergency Contact Person (family members) Address & Phone Number
Processing Time
- Up to 60 business days for processing in Indonesia.
- There is an option for u p t o 30 business days express service for additional fees.
- e-Visa Express Fee (IDR.2.000.000).
- e-Kitas Express Fee (IDR.2.000.000).
Process
- Company establishment – add as investor on PMA
- Company establishment – Approval
- OSS (Online Submission System)
- Register PMA Company to Indonesian Visa Online System
- Apply E-Visa C314
- E-Visa C314
- Convert visit visa to KITAS C314 at the local immigration
After you receive the E-Visa (Offshore Application)
- Step 1 :Please print out the sponsorship and E-Visa for Entering Indonesia
- Step 2 : Upon arrival to Indonesia you will need to present us with your passport within 30 days. We then take is to the local immigration office to show them your visa for final approval. You will also be required to attend during this process for Biometrics.
Renewal
- Renewal for 2 year and the cost IDR.20.000.000, however, you do not need to fly out of the country to apply for the visa at an Indonesian Embassy or incur the Embassy visa application fee.
- Renewal for 1 year and the cost IDR.15.000.000 however, you do not need to fly out of the country to apply for the visa at an Indonesian Embassy or incur the Embassy visa application fee.
- Renewal needs to be processed a minimum of 1 month before your Kitas Expires
EPO Cancelation
If you are not continuing or extending your Kitas you need to process an EPO and Release it From Company Structure at the cost of IDR.7.000.000.
Payment methods
We accept PAYPAL (5% Fee and using our fixed rate). Paypal is a third-party payment method.
We accept Direct payments at the Bali Visas Office.
We will process your application once the funds are cleared in our account.
Please be aware that international bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to clear in Bali.
