The Ex-Indonesian Golden Visa is for former Indonesian citizens and their foreign children. E32 A/B Visa holders can also apply for family visas for their spouses, or parents.

Processing Time

• Regular takes up to 60  business days.

With this visa you CAN

• Bring eligible members of your family.
• Engage in activities related to tourism, and visit friends or family.
• Travel to and from Indonesia.

With this visa, you CAN NOT

• Be employed by an Indonesian company.

With this visa, you MUST

• Report on the compliance of commitments within 90 days after the date of entry.

Visa Validity

• This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

General Requirements

• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent color photograph.
• A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of US $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
• ITK/ Permit Number (Applying from within Indonesia).

Additional Documents

• Statement of commitment to purchase one of the following:
  • Indonesian Government bonds of at least US $25,000.
  • Shares in listed companies in Indonesia of at least US US $25,000.
  • Mutual funds in publicly listed companies in Indonesia of at least US $25,000.
• Documents that prove the applicant has been an Indonesian citizen such as:
  • Identity card (KTP);
  • Birth certificate;
  • Family card (KK);
  • Passport of the Republic of Indonesia;
  • Diploma, or
  • Land certificate.
• A statement of commitment to retain the value of the Immigration Guarantee of US $25,000, which is a requirement for visa application while the Stay Permit is valid.
• These obligations must be fulfilled no later than 90 days after the ITAS is granted.
