A Bridging Visa is a short-term stay visa that allows foreigners to legally remain in Indonesia while transitioning from one visa (VOA/KITAS/KITAP) to another long-term stay visa.

With this visa, you CAN :

Conduct activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

Convert from VOA to a KITAS

Switch from KITAS/KITAP to another type of visa.
With this visa, you CAN NOT :

Perform PAID work.

Exit and re-enter Indonesia.

Stay in Indonesia after your visa expires.
Document Requirements

Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months from entry date.

A recent colour photograph.

A valid E-ITK (VOA) / E-ITAS (KITAS) / E-ITAP (KITAP).

Filled out statement letter.
Important Information

Must apply at least 3 days before your current visa expires.

Only applicable to applicants already in Indonesia.
